KC Crossover is more than teaching basketball fundamentals. They are committed to helping kids from both under-served and advantaged backgrounds, throughout Kansas City, cross over racial, gender, socioeconomic, and geographic boundaries that, unfortunately, define and divide them.
Event Volunteer Skills
A strategy to help the organization engage in the Kansas City area to increase engagement with new audiences, parents and/or children and potential sponsors and donors. Funding is crucial to keep the organization alive and the impact of telling the story needs to help translate into donations.
Marketing Plan / Brand Awareness
A well-defined marketing strategy or plan for the multiple social media platforms for the organization to use in 2019 and beyond. The organization would also benefit from an analysis of how to increase brand awareness, visibility and tool-sets to help with social media.
